A plain-language explanation of what we collect and how we use it.
We only collect the information you give us directly — through our contact form or an order request — and we use it only to respond to you, fulfill your order, and (if you opt in) keep you posted about Davenport Designs. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside of the tools we use to run this site.
When you submit our contact form, cart/order request form, or any other form on this site, we collect what you type in — typically your name, email address, and any order or message details you include. We don't collect payment information through this website, since orders are followed up on individually to arrange payment.
We do not use your information for anything beyond what's needed to talk with you and fulfill your order.
This site's forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. When you submit a form, the information is sent to Netlify's servers and then to us — it isn't stored anywhere else on this site. You can read more about how Netlify handles form data in Netlify's own privacy policy.
This site does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page to say what's being used and why.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. The only third party involved is Netlify, which processes our form submissions as described above.
You can ask us to delete any information we have about you, or ask what we have on file, at any time — just reach out through our contact page.
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here directly.
Reach out any time through our contact page and we'll be happy to help.
